At Soltec we apply an additional recovery process on waste material that would often be categorized as unrecoverable. This process involves a process of blending and homogenizing residual solvent to create a new product – Liquid Recovered Fuel. This product provides our customers in the cement industry with an affordable, sustainable, and viable alternative to the use of fossil fuels, such as coal.
This involves the blending and homogenizing of hazardous and chemical waste to create new fuel products. Our innovative recovery techniques ensure that this material is not simply disposed of, but is recycled.

****Over 90% of the waste solvents that we accept annually are distilled into reusable products. Soltec is the only company in Ireland that can carry out this process.
Soltec can recover used and hazardous solvent material, often in form of residual waste from a wide range of industries, including the pharmaceuticals, chemical sector, printing and automotive, manufacturing. We recover this waste through a distillation and filtration process. This essentially purifies the solvent so it can be repurposed, or even returned to the client and used again.
We sell a wide range of products to our clients including paint thinners, panel wipes, degreasing solvents.
